LITTLE LADYBUG PAIR!

Looking at the Little Ladybug stamp set I have 2 more cards for you.

On both cards the images are stamped in Memento Black and coloured with the Stampin’ Blends.

On this one above I wanted to add a little extra and added the black detailed diecut which is from the Painted Petals Dies.  I adhered it under the white card before the red mat for something a little different.

For this one above I stamped one of the Ladybugs on scrap card and cut it out.  I didn’t have the co-ordinating dies to cut it at the time I made it. They are easy to cut out.

It’s a sweet set.  I hope you can add it to your collection.

The Little Ladybug is available as a gift for your orders over $500 either from yourself or as combined orders from a group of you when they reach over $500 AUD.

Have a great day,

Jenny

MAGNOLIA HALF-FOLD CARD!

Today I have a Magnolia Card for you.  I shared a card recently with the Magnolia Blooms set.  This is another card I made at the time.

The Magnolia flower was coloured with the Petal Pink and the Mossy Meadow Stampin’ Blends.

This is a Half-Fold Card.  The front of the card base is cut in half. I used a strip of the Magnolia Lane Designer Series Paper down the left hand edge of the card base.

There is a smaller panel that is placed off the edge of the front flap with the magnolia image.  It’s simple but adds another dimension to your card.  See the inside below.

I should have coloured the inside leaves.  I forgot about them.

I’m really liking this Magnolia Blooms set.  Why?

  • It’s simple to use.
  • It’s easy to colour. The simple lines and shading makes it easy to follow when colouring to get the depth of colour on it.
  • It’s great for a Beginner stamper starting out in stamping but great for the Avid stamper who can step it up with other products they have.
  • It has great sentiments for any occasion.  I love the font too.
  • It’s affordable.  $24 AUD people! How great is that.

So have you got this set?? Really.  It’s one of THE most affordable sets in the catalogue.  You won’t find it in the Annual Catalogue.  It is in the Experience Creativity brochure.

BIRD BALLAD WEEK DAY 4 – CATALOGUE KICK OFF MAKE AND TAKE!

Bird Ballad Week Day 4.  Have you liked the projects so far?

A few weeks ago I had my Catalogue Kick-Off event for everyone to come and see the new catalogue and have fun creating.  This was one of the cards that everyone got to make using the Bird Ballad Suite.

I have CASED this card from Angie’s blog -> HERE. I loved the simpleness of it yet it is still elegant.  Everyone who came to my Kick-Off loved the card too.

Bird Ballad card

I used the Stitched Nested Labels Dies and the gorgeous Bird Ballad Designer Series Paper.  The birds were coloured with the Petal Pink Stampin’ Blends.  I had never used Petal Pink until a few weeks ago.  Now I am really starting to love it – possibly.  They certainly work nicely with this suite.

You can grab the Bird Ballad Bundle in my store now -> HERE.  Please use the Host Code: H2BBRFTE

I really love those Stitched Nested Labels Dies.  You won’t be sorry you bought those. You can buy them as the bundle or individually.

Thanks for visiting today.  Have a great day/night wherever you may be visiting me from.

BRUSHOS BUTTERFLY!

It has been a little while since I have shared a project with the Brusho Crystal Colour.  I have to say I have had finished Brushos pieces sitting around for a while but it is only recently that I have put a card together.

For this card I used Shimmery White Card.  I sprinkled over the Brushos Crystals. In one corner I sprinkled over the Yellow and then spritzed it with water, slightly angling it across the card. Then I sprinkled over the Red along the left hand edge and spritzed it the other direction.  I added a little more sprinkles over afterwards just to add some colour where it didn’t quite go.  I liked the finished effect when I made it but I didn’t know what I was going to do with it.

Recently I had the Butterfly Gala set out and had this butterfly leftover from another project.  I had coloured it with the Stampin’ Blends.  It was just the right colours.  I added a few loops of Silver Thread behind it. The “friend” is cut from the Well-Written Framelits Dies. The card is finished off with some Black/Silver Metallic Ribbon.

I will share another one tomorrow for you so stay tuned.

BIRTHDAY CHEER WITH THE STAMPIN’ BLENDS!

I have another card for you using the Birthday Cheer Bundle.  This was another card we made at class last week.

Some tips to make your own.

Firstly, cut the White card piece with the Rectangle Stitched Framelits die before you stamp. Then you know where to stamp your images.

The images need to be stamped in Memento Black ink so it can be coloured with the Stampin’ Blends.  The smaller sentiment is stamped on  a strip of Mint Macaron.  Rather than flag the ends of the strip or punch it with a Banner punch or a die I decided to keep it straight and wrap some of the Nature’s Twine around it.

On the Rich Razzleberry card mat first stamp your images in Razzleberry ink on the card and then run it through the Big Shot with the Subtle Embossing Folder.  It adds just a little texture to the card.  I really love this folder for creating the light texture. I think it gets missed in the catalogue.

The Birthday Cheer Bundle and the Subtle Embossing Folder are now available in my store now -> HERE.  Please use the Host Code: Q6XB6QR6  OR you can contact me directly.

Thanks for your order.  I appreciate each and every one of them.  Be sure not to mark your order anonymous or I won’t be able to send you out  your small gift.

Thanks for visiting.  I am off this weekend to the huge Craft Alive show. I am holding a booth there with 3 other wonderful demonstrator friends. It has been months  and months of planning and work.  I am exhausted already to be honest but I hope it goes well.

I will tell you more about it next week.

Have a great weekend,

Jenny
