Today I wanted to share about the Lots of Hearts Bundle. We don’t celebrate Valentine’s Day all that much here and I think people dismiss this sweet. But take a closer look. This is not just for Valentine’s Day.

The Many Hearts Dies have some sweet hearts but there are some cute dies to add a border on your projects. And don’t we need to send some more cards with these sayings.

See the background with the XOXO. That’s fun! You could use those off-cuts in a shaker card.

I love the dotted heart pattern that the die makes on your card.

BIRD BALLAD TENT BOX!

I have this cute little box to share with you today.  It is a Tent box.  I have used the Bird Ballad Designer Series Paper.  We made this box at our team meeting last month.  It’s such a sweet size and you can fill the box with some chocolate treats and wrap it up in some gorgeous paper.

The little flowers from the Free As A Bird stamp set were stamped on scrap white with Memento Black ink and then coloured with the Petal Pink and the Mint Macaron Stampin’ Blends.  Then they were then handcut.

I love this paper from the Bird Ballad Designer Series Paper pack.  The paper creates a little wrapper around the box.  You could make this style any size you like.

WEDNESDAY’S WOW! #77 – GET A SCALLOP ON IT!

This week’s Wednesday’s WOW! #77 is a fun, versatile product that I have just noticed.  I thought you might like to see just how versatile this product is.

We are looking at the Scalloped Note Cards and Envelopes.

With these Note Cards and Envelopes you receive 5 each of 4 colours: Balmy Blue, Old Olive, Powder Pink, Terracotta Tile.

They make very quick cards that have that nice decorative scalloped edge.

And don’t forget to stamp the envelopes.

Don’t just think of them as the cards and envelopes though.

These are created by Stampin’ Up! artists.  Aren’t they sweet. Sorry I am not sure exactly how this treat box below is made but it is using the notecard scored and folded.

How clever is this treat holder? Just pop a little treat in the envelope and give it to someone special.

These are very inexpensive to have some quick cards and packaging on hand.

GORGEOUS GRAPE WITH STAMPIN’ UP! TO A WILD ROSE!

I have another card for you with the To A Wild Rose set.  Yesterday was Calypso Coral and Petal Pink.  Today it is Gorgeous Grape and Highland Heather.

This time I stamped the outline of the rose in Gorgeous Grape,  The less detailed centre in Gorgeous Grape and the filler in the rose in Highland Heather.  I like this version.

The leaves were stamped in Granny Apple Green for the outline and Pear Pizzazz for the centre.  I like you that don’t have to watercolour these.

If you see the white background I first stamped the sentiment on the white card and then ran it through your diecut machine with the Subtle Embossing Folder.  You can then add the little decorative strip on the side which was cut with the fancy border die in the Wild Rose Dies.

I do love this set.  Have you got this one in your collection yet??
