cards, Catalogues, Sale-A-Bration, Stampin' Up!

Wednesday’s WOW! #126 – Create 4 cards from one sheet of white card.

This is a fun twist on the one sheet wonder style of cards. And it is SO EASY! This is great if you need some cards in a hurry.

For this version I haven’t stamped over the entire sheet of card. To make it easier first make a mark in pencil on the halfway point on each side. That can help you visually where to stamp.

I have used the Sale-A-Bration set Delicate Dahlias for this one and used the new 2021-2023 Incolors – Fresh Freesia, Pale Papaya, Polished Pink, Soft Succulent and Evening Evergreen.

Start roughly in the centre of the card and stamp outwards from there. Using the different images and different colours. Don’t completely stamp the full card.

Then cut the card in quarters.

You will need to trim down the stamped card pieces for the front of the card. Trim off 4mm or 1/8″ on the width and the length. If you want to add another card mat under the stamped piece you will need to trim an additional 4mm or 1/8″. I just kept these cards simple.

The sentiment is diecut with the Tasteful Labels Dies. A silver banner is diecut from the Be Dazzling Specialty Paper also available as a Sale-A-Bration choice. I added bling of course with the In Color Jewels.

These cards are going out to new team members this month. Do you want one?? Come and join in with my JEN’s INK Team. It doesn’t matter if you don’t want to “demonstrate” but I know you would love the discount on your stamping supplies and you will enjoy the fun we have. 🙂

It’s awesome value this month and in September with Sale-A-Bration. You pick an additional free bundle on top of the already great value.

Have a great day,

I shared this card on my Instagram stories the other day. (If you want to follow me click on the Instagram icon on the right hand column). I really wanted to show the shine  from the Rose Gold Foil.  It’s hard to capture it properly.  I had to take this photo a few times to really see it.  I hope you can see just how gorgeous it is.

I embossed the Rose Gold Foil with the Country Floral Embossing Folder.  You don’t need to do much more.  I just added some of the gorgeous Everything is Rosy Paper and added a diecut flower.  The medley has diecut labels too so I could just quickly stamp the sentiment and add that.

A note with the Foil.  Don’t use the Multipurpose Tombow adhesive on the back of Foil Sheets.  It seems to absorb in to it and it isn’t pretty.  I used Snail Adhesive which worked fine.

Grab your Everything is Rosy Medley of products before they sell out.  You will love them with stamps, dies, gorgeous ribbon, papers and embellishments.  Not to mention the beautiful Rose Gold Shimmer Paint.  You won’t be disappointed.

Order your Everything is Rosy Medley now in my store -> HERE. $139 AUS Please use the Host Code: HQX47XHJ

As a Thanks Receive a Tutorial Bundle of 12 Exclusive projects (these are not containing Everything is Rosy products)

It really doesn’t take much to put some beautiful cards together with these gorgeous products.  I have more to show you.

Have a great day/night wherever you might be.

You might have seen the Santa’s Workshop Memories and More Card Pack in the Holiday Catalogue (p 21). Don’t just think of them as cards for Pocket Scrapbooking.  That’s what I did at first to be honest. They are really cute to make quick cards up.  Here are a few I had made up recently.

You can simply adhere them to a base card or layer 2 of the cards together (like I have done with the Candy Cane card).  I stamped on the sentiments in black on these larger cards.  Alternatively you can add a few extra embellishments (like I have done with the smaller reindeer ones).  The cards come in a couple of different sizes.  The larger ones are 10.2 x 15.2cm, the smaller ones are 7.6 x 10.2cm.

I must dig out some of the rest of these cards and make up some more.  They come together so quickly. So great when we all starting to feel a little time poor at the moment. Unfortunately you can’t buy these anymore which is sad.  You could get the Santa’s Workshop Specialty Designer Series Paper which is Twelve 12″x12″ sheets of paper which have very cute images.  That could work similar.  But you better get on to those if you want them as they are low inventory stock.

Here they are for you. Aren’t they cute?

You can order them in store -> HERE for $24.25.  Get on it. Please use the Host Code: BZ6KB7SU

And remember don’t mark your order “anonymous” because then I can’t send you out your Thank You card and gift.

Have a great day,

cards, Catalogues, Christmas, Stampin' Up!

A couple of weeks ago for my Week 1 of 12 Weeks of Christmas I showed how quickly your Christmas cards can be made using the lovely Designer Series Paper from Stampin’ Up!. (Head back a few posts if you missed it).

Today I have another Christmas card for you using Designer Series Paper.  This one uses the Festive Farmhouse Designer Series Paper.

The sentiment from the Farmhouse Christmas set is stamped in Old Olive on Granny Apple Green and cut with one of the Layering Circles Framelits.  It was stamped again in Real Red on white and cut with the Stitched sentiment label die in the Farmhouse Framelits dies.  Before they were raised up off the card I added a couple of leaves punched from the Sprig Punch from Real Red and vellum.  I finished the sentiment off with a double bow from Linen Thread.  The base card is Old Olive and the Real Red.  I have to say the colour in the paper is actually Cherry Cobbler but it worked with red.  I don’t know why I used that but I think because I was making the other card that I had shared at the same time and just used the same colours.  I have to say you don’t notice it though.

So there is another quick Christmas card for your collection.

Thanks for stopping by,

This card I am sharing today was my first play with the Oh! So Eclectic set last week.  I finally get to share it with you.

I have used Stylized Birthday with it for the sentiment.  I really don’t use this sentiment enough. It’s a great size without being overwhelming and I love the font.

I love this Oh So! Eclectic set too as you can stamp with the first stamp, overstamp it with the next one and if it is not lined up properly it doesn’t matter.  That’s the style.  🙂

The detailed flowers were first stamped with Berry Burst and then the solid image with Powder Pink.  Isn’t the washed out look nice?

The leaves are stamped with Lemon Lime Twist for the solid leaf and then Emerald Envy for the “hatched” leaf pattern.  I added some of the little “crossed” pattern in Powder Pink as a background filler.

It’s a very quick card to make a number of Birthday cards in a hurry.

Thanks for looking.  I will be back with some more cards with this set.
