Could you call this a prayer quilt card block or not. I have to make l for card swap and have no idea what I am doing. I help help helo

I don’t think this is a quilt card block. It’s a square of the gingham paper. Perhaps do a search online for a prayer quilt card block. See if that comes up with some examples.

Thank you I used card stock my swap partner material . But as it is a card making group ?.
